Installation details to send
Send the model of the new appliance, the appliance being replaced and photos or measurements of the opening if available. Tell us about stairs, elevator access, stacked units and delivery timing. These details help identify what is needed before the technician arrives.
Installation pricing is quoted separately from repair diagnostics. New circuits, gas piping, plumbing alterations, cabinet modification, heavy lifting and appliance removal are not automatically included. We confirm the scope and any required qualified trade before booking.
Before your appointment
Keep the manufacturer’s installation instructions and supplied fittings. Confirm that the appliance has been delivered, the access path is clear and an adult authorized to approve the work can be present. Do not disconnect gas or hardwired electrical connections yourself.

The $80 offer is for a repair diagnostic. Installation is priced for the appliance, access and agreed work. Contact us for an installation quote.
Do you take the old appliance away?
Removal and disposal are not assumed to be included. Tell us if you need removal so availability and pricing can be confirmed.
Can you guarantee that a replacement will fit?
The model dimensions, opening, clearances and connection requirements need to be checked first. Share these before booking, especially for built-in appliances.
