Service requests
Service requests collect your name, phone number, postal code and appliance type. You may also provide an email address, problem description and callback preference. We use these details to respond, confirm coverage and arrange service. Requests are stored privately in WordPress; notification emails go to the business inbox. Please do not include payment information, passwords or other sensitive details.
Service-request notifications include the contact details and optional information you submit so we can respond. They are sent through an authenticated email service to our private business inbox. Inbox copies and hosting backups are managed separately from records in WordPress.
Hosting and browser information
The website runs on WordPress and is hosted by SiteGround. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service, send notifications and protect the site. Information may be processed outside Canada. WordPress administrator access uses authentication cookies. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated submissions; they are not used for advertising.
The browser tab remembers a limited source category, an approved campaign name and a page path for up to 30 minutes of attribution. Contact details are not stored in this browser record. Raw referral URLs and query strings are not stored with the request. Optional Google Analytics, when configured on the public website, loads only after you allow it. It measures page visits and contact actions without including your form answers. Declining analytics does not prevent service requests.
Access, retention and choices
Request records are restricted to authorized WordPress administrators and are kept as needed to handle the inquiry, follow up and maintain required business records. Archiving a request does not erase it. Contact us to ask about access, corrections or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal or business requirements. You can change optional analytics choices using Analytics preferences in the footer when analytics is available. Staging submissions are labelled as tests and do not create appointments.
Automatic deletion is currently off. Authorized administrators can delete or anonymise requests; archived requests stay in the private archive until separately removed.
