Tell us how your laundry is set up
Send the washer and dryer model numbers and say whether they will sit side by side, on pedestals or stacked. For a stacked pair, include the stacking-kit model if you have it. Tell us whether the dryer is electric or gas and whether the appliances are already in the laundry area.
Connections, clearances, moving and handling requirements affect the quote. New circuits, gas piping, plumbing changes, duct replacement and appliance disposal are not automatically included. Gas-related scope and any required qualified trade are confirmed before accepting that work.
Before your appointment
Keep the manufacturer’s installation instructions and supplied hardware. Clear the access route and tell us about stairs, elevator reservations and narrow doorways. Do not lift or unstack appliances yourself to prepare for the visit. Keep packaging and transit hardware available until installation requirements have been checked.

Can you install a stacked washer and dryer?
We assess stacked installations using the exact appliance models, the stacking kit and access details. Matching width alone does not establish that two appliances can be stacked together.
Can you install just one appliance?
Yes. Tell us which appliance is being replaced and whether the other machine affects access or stacking. We confirm the individual work and price before booking.
Does the quote include new hoses or moving the machines upstairs?
List any hoses, fittings, movement between floors or removal you need when requesting a quote. Those items are not assumed to be included; the agreed scope determines the price.
