If you choose not to repair the appliance, the $80 diagnostic fee plus tax applies.

All repairs carry a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty. The coverage applies to the repair performed.

Is $80 the full repair price?
No. The $80 plus tax covers the trip and diagnosis. The repair is quoted separately. If you proceed, the diagnostic fee is waived.
What happens if a part is needed?
We carry common parts. If the required part is not on hand, we explain its availability and the return visit before you approve the repair. Same-day or next-day returns may be possible, depending on the part.
Is there an additional charge for my city?
There is no area-based surcharge within our seven listed service areas. The diagnostic price is the same in each.
Does the diagnostic fee apply to installations?
No. Installations are quoted individually for the appliance and the agreed work. We can provide an installation quote over the phone.
