Oven, range and cooktop diagnosis
Tell us whether the problem affects baking, broiling, a burner or the controls. We check the appliance and quote the repair. For wall ovens and built-in cooktops, share the model and access details before the visit.
Specify electric or gas when requesting service. The work scope is confirmed before booking. If you smell gas, leave the property and contact the gas emergency service from a safe location; do not wait for a repair appointment.
Before your appointment
Let the appliance cool before the visit. Photograph any fault code and note whether the issue affects baking, broiling or a particular burner. Tell us if it is a wall oven, built-in cooktop or slide-in range so access can be planned.

Can you repair wall ovens and separate cooktops?
Send the model and installation details. We confirm serviceability and access before arranging a visit, particularly where lifting or cabinet access is needed.
Can I use the other burners while one is broken?
That depends on the fault. If there is an electrical smell, sparking, overheating or a gas smell, stop using the appliance and seek the appropriate help.
Will the repair be finished on the first visit?
Some repairs can be completed during the diagnostic visit. Others require a model-specific part and a return appointment. We explain that before you approve the repair.
What happens after the diagnosis?
We explain the fault, the repair price and whether a part needs to be ordered. You decide whether to proceed. The $80 diagnostic fee plus tax applies if you decline the repair; it is waived when you go ahead.
